What is your jewelry made of?

Our pieces are hand-crafted using different high quality materials like 18K gold plating, sterling silver, glass, and brass. Exact materials for each style are listed on their product detail pages.

 

What is the best way to care for my pieces?

To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics when wearing fashion and gold plated jewelry; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Jewelry that is not solid gold or gold filled should not be worn in the shower, pool or ocean.  Please give them occasional breaks and store neatly in their provided pouches when not in use.

 

 

Through what carriers do your orders ship?

Most U.S. and international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! All International shipping can take anywhere from 20-35 business days. International orders are also shipped via USPS or DHL.  

 Who pays for customs?

The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. NinaEightyThree is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of NinaEightyThree to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. UK and Canadian residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. NinaEightyThree is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is made. If you have issues with this process or need further clarification please feel free to email us or research your country's customs info. 

 

I put in the wrong shipping address, what can I do? 

We are not responsible for errors on behalf of the customer's incorrect shipping address inputted. Please be sure to double check when checking out that the shipping address is correct. We know web browsers sometimes automatically input old addresses you have on file so please be sure to ensure what is input is your current address.

We sometimes have the ability if we are made aware by the customer early enough to change the shipping address but oftentimes it is out of our control to change the address once a label has been made or the order has already been shipped. We do not replace orders for incorrect shipping addresses on behalf of the customer. 

 

Do you offer returns?

The only acceptable returns are damaged product or an incorrect item was received (wrong item, wrong color). If you would like to file a claim for a defective, or damaged item, it must be completed within a 15-day window from the day the product was received.

For unreceived products due to shipping carriers inability to deliver the product, these must be filed no later than 30 days from the expected delivery date.
